VidoAir™ offers numerous designs, including A, B, V, V-5, B-4, VSP, SEB, SDV, SC, SCT, SET, SCQ and other series. Configurations include threaded designs, insert-style designs and versions using steel nipples with copper plating.

This variety makes it easier to accommodate different valve designs, available space, connection requirements and installation preferences.

Stainless Steel Mufflers

For applications requiring a stainless steel construction, the line includes multiple stainless muffler families such as SSSB, SS-VSP, SSV, SSM, SSDV and SSW, along with specialty insert and internal-thread configurations.

We also offer specialized stainless components such as the 76003, 76027, 00003, CLSXX, PR, DEV, 6002, SSMS and SSR series.

For OEM designers, that breadth can be particularly useful when a standard brass muffler isn’t the right fit for the environment or equipment design.

Plastic Mufflers

Our plastic muffler range provides lightweight alternatives in a variety of shapes and connection styles.

The range includes PSU, S9, SU, PSB, PSU-C, PSET, PSE-S, PES5, PSU-A, PSEB, PSEE, PSEF, PSEA, PSE and PSF series.

Several configurations are available in common pneumatic thread sizes, while other designs are intended for insert or specialty applications.

Plastic components can also be paired with the line’s filter elements and related components, creating options beyond basic exhaust silencing.

Aluminum Mufflers for Larger Applications

The VidoAir™ line also includes a selection of aluminum mufflers for applications where a larger-body or different construction is preferred.

The aluminum section includes SB, ASM, AM, AFM, FXS2, LX, LM, SBL-FK and LN series, with selected models extending from 1/8″ connections up to 2″.

Exhaust Throttle Valves: Control Airflow and Noise

In many pneumatic systems, simply installing a muffler isn’t enough. Exhaust airflow may also need to be controlled.

That’s where VidoAir’s exhaust muffling throttle valve series comes in including A, B, DS, C, PDK and SVT series, along with stainless steel SS-PDK and SS-B versions and plastic PTV and PF versions. An SD timing muffler and SS-NRV stainless steel one-way throttle valve are also included.

These components combine exhaust control with muffling in compact pneumatic fittings, making them useful where installation space is limited and adjustment of exhaust flow is part of the system design.

Filtration and Filter Elements

The product range extends into filtration as well. VidoAir™ offers assembled filter configurations including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic designs, as well as oil-mist filter separators.

The line also includes replacement and application-specific filter elements manufactured from materials including:
